Register Instruction :
- Please picks your LienDoan under Mien/Chi Nhánh/Hướng Đạo Trưởng Niên.
- Please picks your Camper Type.
- Please enters correct email and Phone number.
- Camper must have fully COVID-19 vaccinated minimum 2 doses (mandatory). 3rd or booster is highly recommended.
- Fills in registration form and Submit. TT12 Automation System (TAS) will email camper an confirmation email with assigned
CamperID and Passcode.
- Camper can log back on the system for Update personal Info and
- Uploads Code of Conduct (COC)
- Uploads Waiver Of Liability/Consent Form (WOL)
- Uploads COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (VRC)
- Uploads COVID-19 Test Result (CTR) Negative within 24 hours before enter Camp.
- Turns Health Form to LienDoan Representative so he can mail to Thẳng Tiến XII Administration
- Sends Check of Camp Fee to LienDoan’s Representative so he can mail to Thẳng Tiến XII Treasurer on time to have discount.
